Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots. Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments of robotic components and end-effectors. Program and teach robot paths, points, and sequences for new or modified production processes. Calibrate robotic arms and tools to ensure precision and accuracy in manufacturing operations. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic cells and automation equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. 2+ years of hands-on experience programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Proficiency in PLC programming and ladder logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automated systems. Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for robot integration. Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for guidance or inspection. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for fixture design or cell layout optimization. Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and troubleshooting.
