Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate candidate data and process efficiency. Coordinate interview schedules, extend offers, and facilitate pre-employment checks specific to manufacturing requirements. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions within the manufacturing sector. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Experience recruiting for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, maintenance). Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for skilled trades and technical manufacturing positions. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and common industry certifications. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with a focus on evaluating technical competencies. Bonus Qualifications Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Experience recruiting for unionized workforces. Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, welding, assembly). Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) relevant to the local workforce.
