Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production operators, skilled trades, and engineers. Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from initial screening and interviewing to offer extension for manufacturing positions. Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, industry networks, technical schools, and local community outreach. Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all manufacturing requisitions. Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation benchmarks, and market trends within the manufacturing sector. Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process for all manufacturing applicants. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles within the manufacturing sector (e.g., engineering, production, skilled trades). Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using various strategies and platforms. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, environments, and common technical requirements. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define and meet talent needs.
