Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, safety mindset, and fit for a manufacturing environment. Partner closely with hiring managers on the production floor to understand specific role requirements, production demands, and team dynamics. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, offer generation, and pre-employment checks critical for manufacturing. Develop and implement strategies to attract talent in a competitive manufacturing market, utilizing job boards, industry associations, and local community outreach. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics to inform talent acquisition strategies and report on manufacturing hiring performance. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing-specific roles (e.g., engineers, production, skilled trades). Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, processes, and technical requirements. Proficiency in various sourcing strategies to attract niche manufacturing talent. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with hiring managers. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific certifications. Experience sourcing for skilled trades, engineering, or operations roles within a manufacturing environment.
