Key Responsibilities Oversee daily quality control operations and inspection activities. Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive root cause analysis. Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and work instructions. Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends and improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems and external regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA). Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology). Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of quality personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
