Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Monitor and analyze manufacturing process performance using statistical methods (SPC). Manage supplier quality through audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Facilitate internal and external quality system audits (e.g., ISO, IATF). Support new product introduction through APQP, PPAP, and FAI processes. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis. Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 or relevant industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100). Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
