Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance. Ensure all projects adhere to manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those impacting production timelines or material availability. Oversee resource allocation (personnel, equipment, materials) to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors. Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions as needed, and report on performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement efforts within project execution and manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
