Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from new product introduction to process improvements. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles. Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, quality) to deliver complex projects. Proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, often utilizing ERP/MRP systems. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context. Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems. Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
