Digital Marketing Specialist ( Lisbon) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Dates: March - April Full-Time | On-Site We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Specialists with a strong background in paid campaign management to join an international performance-driven team in Lisbon. If you have hands-on experience optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance data, this opportunity is for you. What Youll Do Support and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Monitor performance metrics and KPIs Use Google Analytics for tracking and reporting Ensure campaigns align with business goals Work in a structured, target-oriented environment Languages Required Fluency in one of the following: Brazilian Portuguese (European Portuguese not accepted) Arabic Dutch French Spanish German Additionally - Professional level of English What Were Looking For Proven experience in paid campaign management Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Availability to work on-site in Lisbon Currently based in Lisbon Working Schedule Initial phase: Two fixed shifts between 07:00 – 19:00 (Mon–Sun) Later phase: 24/7 rotational schedule (2 days off per week) Flexibility for rotational shifts is required.
