Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview An exciting opportunity is available for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a customer support team. This on-site position is located in Piraeus, Athens, Greece , where you will manage customer inquiries related to shipments, billing, and service requests. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to provide effective solutions while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Handle customer requests through phone and digital communication channels. Provide assistance with shipment tracking and delivery status updates. Manage claims processing and billing-related inquiries. Support customers with system-related questions and account onboarding. Resolve issues and complaints according to company guidelines. Escalate complex cases to relevant departments. Maintain accurate case records and documentation. Requirements Native or advanced Italian language skills (C1 level) . B2 level English proficiency . Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good knowledge of computer systems and applications. Typing speed of 25 words per minute with high accuracy . Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
