Senior Data Scientist

Overview We are looking for a Data Scientist who can transform complex datasets into actionable insights and build scalable machine learning solutions. The role involves working with large-scale healthcare datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven intelligence into real-world applications. This position requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on machine learning expertise, and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured data science solutions. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth descriptive and exploratory analysis on large healthcare datasets to uncover patterns and extract meaningful features. Design, build, and validate machine learning models for integration into production applications. Select and apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business and product requirements. Manage data science projects end-to-end , from problem definition to model deployment and performance monitoring. Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of data-driven products and models . Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to embed data-driven insights into healthcare solutions. Technical Requirements Proven experience solving real-world analytical and modeling problems . Strong proficiency in the Python data science ecosystem , including:NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with PyTorch for developing and deploying neural network models. Solid background in algorithm development and predictive modeling . Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience working with clinical or healthcare datasets . Strong understanding of statistical methods and time-series analysis .
