HR Manager - Hospitality

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. Reporting to the General Manager, the role focuses on operational consistency, compliance, and the ongoing development of an HR team of three . Key Duties Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations. Manage full recruitment and onboarding cycles. Oversee payroll inputs and related administration. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions. Ensure HR data is accurate, organised, and compliant. Prepare HR reports and analysis when needed. Supervise and support a team of three HR professionals. Collaborate with L&D on training needs and initiatives. Requirements Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance. Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, including 2+ in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong operational expertise: payroll, T&A, recruitment, and agency workforce management. Excellent command of Maltese and English. Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities. Capable of mentoring and guiding departmental leaders. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced with Indigo HR/payroll systems. Well‑organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Analytical and effective in solving operational challenges. #LI-DNP
