German-speaking Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview An opportunity is available for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international support team. The position is remote and based in Thessaloniki, Greece , providing assistance to customers with booking management and service-related inquiries. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various communication channels. Manage booking-related requests including changes and cancellations. Address payment issues and assist with refund processing. Investigate and resolve customer complaints. Provide guidance regarding services and account-related questions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases. Requirements Native or advanced German language proficiency (C1) . English language skills at B2+ level . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with multiple systems and digital tools. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends if required.
