German-speaking Customer Support Representative

Job Overview We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative for a remote role based in Thessaloniki, Greece . In this position, you will assist customers with booking inquiries, account questions, and service-related issues while delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with booking management, cancellations, and modifications. Support payment and refund inquiries. Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers. Ensure timely and accurate support for all requests. Requirements Native or fluent German (C1 level) . English proficiency (B2+ level) . Strong communication and writing skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools. Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently. Customer service experience is a plus.
