[Chonburi, Thailand] Thermal Engineer – Liquid Cooling

Key Responsibilities Perform thermal analysis and CFD simulation for liquid cooling systems, including cold plates, manifolds, and CDUs . Define thermal requirements such as TDP, ΔT, ΔP, flow rate, and inlet/outlet temperature. Evaluate and optimize cold plate design, channel geometry, and flow distribution for improved thermal performance. Support thermal testing, validation, and qualification at PCBA and system levels. Conduct hotspot analysis and propose mitigation solutions. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper system integration. Contribute to PFMEA and thermal risk analysis . Work closely with customers to align thermal specifications and testing conditions . Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Thermal, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in thermal management or cooling solutions. Hands-on experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS, Icepak, Flotherm, or similar . Strong understanding of liquid cooling, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics . Experience in thermal testing, validation, and data correlation . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Open to overseas candidates . Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
