Job Title: Account Manager Job Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia Main Responsibilities: • Support the Sales organization in planning, executing, and monitoring sales projects. • Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with key and large accounts. • Build, enhance, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. • Promote and position the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers. • Manage and coordinate business activities between Huawei and customers, ensuring alignment of interests and expectations. • Develop and deliver impactful business proposals and professional presentations. • Gather and analyze customer requirements, coordinating with technical sales to provide tailored solutions. • Develop cooperative business plans with customers and partners to define new business models and support product development. • Actively contribute to sales account planning by identifying opportunities, recommending actionable strategies, and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication , Electrical / Electronic Engineering , MBA, Economics or related field. Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development. Strong understanding of marketing, public relations, and external communications. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners. Strong project management and organizational skills. Fluent in English and Slovenian (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
