Arabic-Speaking Sales Development Representative Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Type: Hybrid Start Date: 13 April 2026 Job Description We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business development activities by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and qualifying opportunities. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling Generate and qualify new business leads Identify potential sales opportunities Build relationships with prospective clients Support the development of the sales pipeline Requirements Fluent Arabic Solid knowledge of business development and lead qualification methodologies Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Working Hours Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 Salary & Bonus 1840.65 EUR gross salary 1537.20 EUR quarterly performance bonus
