Store Manager

Industry: F&B (Coffee) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operation of our coffee shop. The Store Manager will ensure good drink quality, good customer service, and manage the team to reach daily sales targets. Main Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Open and close the shop on time. Make sure drinks are prepared with good and consistent quality. Keep the shop clean and follow hygiene standards. Manage stock such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies. 2. Sales and Marketing Achieve daily sales targets. Suggest promotion ideas or happy hour programs. Monitor competitors in the market. Find ways to bring more customers while keeping the brand image good. 3. Staff Management Supervise baristas and shop staff. Prepare staff schedules. Train staff on customer service and coffee standards. Solve staff problems quickly and fairly. Main Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in coffee shop or F&B industry . Basic knowledge of coffee drinks such as Espresso, Latte, and Americano . Good leadership and problem-solving skills. Honest, responsible, and hardworking. Able to work early morning shifts .
