Cluster Manager Overview We are seeking a Cluster Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for delivering strong performance across a portfolio of brand partners within the e-commerce ecosystem. The role involves overseeing account management teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the overall performance and profitability of the cluster. Cluster Manager Location Bangkok, Thailand Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of account executives, associates, and managers. Ensure team performance aligns with company objectives and KPIs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Performance Management Monitor and analyze cluster performance. Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective strategies. Ensure delivery of high-quality service to brand partners. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Support the team in managing complex client situations. Financial Oversight Manage cluster profitability and financial performance. Ensure budget adherence and effective resource allocation. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and operations. Ensure coordinated delivery of campaigns and projects. Problem Solving Address operational challenges and provide strategic guidance to the team. Support the team in resolving client or project-related issues. Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, account management, or related roles. Skills Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Good understanding of the e-commerce landscape (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Language Requirements Good English communication skills.
