Role Overview: Drive business growth by combining technical expertise in control systems with strong sales acumen. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, providing both pre-sales and after-sales support. Build lasting relationships with clients while identifying new opportunities in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and manage the complete sales process. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential product applications. Understand customer technical requirements and design suitable control system solutions (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, motion control). Provide technical support, demos, proof-of-concepts, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver optimal solutions. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers. Provide updates and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Report market insights, competitor activity, and product feedback to management. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years in a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or technical sales role, ideally in industrial automation or control systems. Strong technical background in control systems is highly valued. Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley), HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, and motion control. Proven sales performance and ability to manage the full sales cycle. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
