Philippines Country Manager

The Country Manager is managing the local business and achieving the country P&L goals while optimizing resource allocation. The role is responsible for local relevancy of business plans, local market execution, operationalization of the go-to-market strategy. The role is responsible for identifying and executing the retail mapping for the country and sales channel strategy, driving collaboration and leading teams and people towards organization and business objectives. Key Requirements: Knowledge and experience of masstige and prestige retail, adaptation of brands to local relevancy whilst keeping DNA of brands and execution quality. Ability to manage P&L, allocate and maximize resourc e. Track record of building and leading highly engaged, effective teams, developing talent management capabilities and providing coaching and feedback to others. Understand local landscape and development to realize brands potential and high growth which includes geography, distribution and brands. Experience in managing different levels of the workforce including regional and global stakeholders.
