Junior Customer Support – Portuguese Speaking Athens, Greece | On-site / WAH | Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Junior Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Athens . This role is ideal for junior profiles or candidates starting their career in customer support. Full training is provided, along with a comprehensive relocation package for candidates moving to Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction Accurately document and track customer cases in internal systems Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes Meet performance and quality standards Requirements Native or C2 level Portuguese B2 level or higher English Junior profile (previous customer support experience is a plus but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Availability to work on-site in Athens Work Model (WAH – Work From Home) Relocating candidates: WAH must be based in Athens Local candidates: WAH possible anywhere in Greece Relocation Package ️ Flight ticket (within the EU) 2 weeks of hotel accommodation Airport pickup upon arrival Real estate agency fee covered What We Offer Full-time employment contract Paid training and onboarding Multicultural and supportive work environment Career development and internal growth opportunities Full relocation support to ensure a smooth transition to Athens
