Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and effective solutions. Assist with product-related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and personalized support. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Requirements Native or fluent in Dutch (C2 level). Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays. No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome ! Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
