Senior DevOps

We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer. You will contribute to building a reliable and automated platform that streamlines delivery across development teams. This is a hands-on position with real impact on architecture, automation, and platform evolution What you will do: Design and evolve the internal platform (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability, networking services) Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible Build golden paths and reusable pipeline templates in GitLab CI Develop automation tools (CLI utilities, Kubernetes operators) Ensure platform reliability and security (Vault, Keycloak, Nessus) Advise development teams on architecture and platform usage At the initial stage participate in team support and triage to better understand their workflows and challenges We are looking for an expert who: Has 5+ years of experience as DevOps (DevOps/SRE) Has experience with both bare-metal providers (Hetzner, OVH, Selectel, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr) Has strong hands-on expertise with Terraform and Ansible Has deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Helm, Harbor) Is familiar with CI/CD (GitLab CI) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki) Understands networking technologies (CNI, Cilium, Nginx/Ingress, Cloudflare Enterprise) Has worked with databases (Postgres, MySQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis) and storage systems (MinIO, S3) Has experience with security and authentication solutions (Vault, Keycloak, Teleport) Is familiar with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) Writes internal tools in Go or Python What we offer: Fully remote work Flexible schedule with a high level of autonomy 20 working days of vacation + 12 additional bonus days Paid sick leave with no bureaucracy
