Bilingual Operations & Customer Assistant (Thai–Mandarin) Bangkok (Silom area – near BTS/MRT) Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00 30,000–40,000 THB/month (based on experience) Start fully remote (WFH) – may transition to hybrid and occasional business travel as required About Us We are a fast-growing FinTech startup in the pico-loan lending space, building innovative financial solutions to serve the Thai market. You will act as a key bridge between our customers and product team — supporting post-loan services, improving user experience, and ensuring operational excellence. This is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally across various channels Support post-loan related questions and ensure high customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with users Product Testing & Optimization Participate in QA testing for new app features Identify, document, and report bugs or UX issues Provide feedback to improve the overall product experience Operations & Administrative Support Assist with data entry, document management, and reporting Prepare summaries and basic operational reports Support management with ad-hoc tasks as needed What Were Looking For Language Skills (Mandatory) Native Thai Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field (Business, Communications, IT-related fields preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Detail-oriented and comfortable working with technology Mindset & Working Style Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Flexible and adaptable in a startup environment Positive attitude with a genuine can-do spirit Willing to take initiative beyond assigned tasks Experience in Customer Service, FinTech, lending, or operations is a plus — however, strong language skills and the right attitude are equally important. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
