HR and Payroll

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR & Payroll Administration Officer to join our clients Head Office HR team in Malta. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Marsa, supporting payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Corporate Affairs & HR and work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and smooth HR coordination. The role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling sensitive employee data, supporting time and attendance processes, and ensuring all HR documentation is maintained in line with internal standards and local regulations. Responsibilities: Support payroll, time & attendance, and insurance processes, including data collation and HR system updates Maintain accurate HR records, manage sick leave, overtime calculations, and attendance adjustments Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding preparation Prepare HR documentation, official forms, and submissions to governmental entities Maintain structured digital and physical filing systems in line with ISO and Health & Safety standards Key Requirements: NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent education Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial data and schedules accurately Experience with HRIS systems (Indigo and Time & Attendance systems considered an asset) Excellent written and spoken English; spoken Maltese considered an asset Ability to work proactively and meet tight deadlines #LI-DNP
