Pricing and Contract Specialist | Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the creation, maintenance, and updates of pricing master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service level targets. Execute price file uploads and validate pricing changes to ensure system accuracy and alignment with approved agreements. Ensure accrual provisions and related payments are accurate, properly supported, reasonable, and processed in a timely manner. Maintain strong internal controls, including SOX compliance, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve pricing data or contract issues, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality. Support automation initiatives to ensure pricing and data management processes are efficient, standardized, and user-friendly. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in Pricing or Contract Management Basic accounting knowledge and practical accounting experience required Experience working with global or cross-regional stakeholders Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills Power BI experience is an advantage Process improvement experience or exposure is an advantage Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
