Accountant

Job Title: Accountant – CNC Machining Shop Location: Irvine, CA Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM About Us: Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and maintain financial records and reports Handle payroll processing and employee expense tracking Assist with monthly and year-end closing Perform cost accounting related to production and inventory Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience at a start up strongly preferred Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory control, and ERP systems Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits: Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
