Insurance Company Customer Representative – German Speaker Introduction A global leader in customer experience and technology solutions is recruiting German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a major insurance project in Lisbon, Portugal . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with policy management, claims, and inquiries, while ensuring a professional and smooth customer journey. Your Role Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies. Service Requests: Process policy administration updates and service requests within the clients internal systems. Communication: Draft and send professional email and letter responses, including contract details and policy information. Document Management: Utilize internal tools for the indexation and electronic archiving of policy documents. Policy Changes: Manage updates to customer contracts, such as changing payment methods or personal details. Claims & Cancellations: Support customers through the initial stages of claims submissions and policy cancellations. Performance: Maintain high service quality standards while meeting performance and efficiency targets. Your Qualifications Languages: Native-level fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2). Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional and diplomatic approach. Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
