Your Role Content Review: Monitor and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, and text) to ensure it complies with community guidelines and legal standards. Safety Enforcement: Identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content, including cyberbullying, hate speech, and graphic material. Policy Application: Apply platform policies consistently and accurately to maintain brand integrity and user trust. Incident Reporting: Handle user reports of violations and escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior teams as required. Platform Improvement: Provide feedback on moderation tools and evolving trends to help improve safety protocols. Resilience: Maintain professional detachment and emotional maturity when dealing with potentially sensitive or distressing content. Your Qualifications Languages: Native or C1 level proficiency in German and at least a B2 level in English . Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends. Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends).
