Responsibilities Handle a variety of payment-related inquiries from business clients, including refunds, manual charges, and locating transactions. Support the onboarding journey for new B2B customers, ensuring a smooth and professional start. Manage and update merchant information within the company database with high accuracy. Utilize multiple software tools and platforms to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain clear, professional, and accurate communication with clients to ensure a premium customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to meet service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (C2) and a strong command of English (C1) . Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex financial and data-driven inquiries. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional tone. Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously. Ability to multitask effectively and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Must be eligible to work in Greece.
