Content Moderator (Austrian German) – On-Site | Lisbon Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-Site Start Date: 9 April 2026 Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months Complexity Bonus: €100 x11 months About the Role We are hiring a Content Moderator fluent in Austrian German (C2/Native level) to join an international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Important: Standard German is NOT accepted for this role. Candidates must speak Austrian German at a native/C2 level . Working Schedule Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts) 2 rotative days off per week At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts .
