Your Responsibilities Support customers via phone, email, and chat Assist with product-related and technical inquiries Provide clear and empathetic communication Ensure high-quality service aligned with healthcare standards Work within a structured 24/7 rotating schedule Who Were Looking For Dutch fluent or native (mandatory) + English C1 level Strong communication and customer-focused mindset Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotation Previous customer service experience is a plus Salary & Benefits €1,100 gross per month (paid 14 months) €150 attendance bonus (11 months) Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day Health insurance Hybrid work model Relocation & Accommodation Support For candidates relocating within Portugal: Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months – details discussed during interview) Legal Requirements Candidates must hold one of the following: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA appointment scheduled + NIF Expired Type D Visa + AIMA appointment already attended + NIF NISS is preferred but can be supported if needed.
