They offer a vibrant, product-led culture where engineering excellence is at the forefront. The Role We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong Frontend focus . In this pivotal role, you will elevate frontend engineering practices while maintaining a holistic view of the entire codebase. This position is ideal for a technical leader who is not only hands-on in building scalable, high-quality applications but is also passionate about mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, guiding projects from inception, and shaping the long-term technical direction. What You'll Do Lead Frontend-heavy Development: Drive development across multiple products while maintaining a full-stack perspective. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing. Standard Setting: Define and implement best practices for frontend development to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability. Architectural Contribution: Contribute to architectural decisions and provide a holistic view of the codebase across both frontend and backend layers. Innovation: Drive the creation of project templates and starter frameworks to accelerate new initiatives. Full Ownership: Take ownership of projects ranging from greenfield builds to complex rewrites and migrations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features. What Were Looking For 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Frontend-focused Engineer. Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks ( React, Vue.js ). Backend Proficiency: Solid experience with technologies such as Node.js, Express, NestJS , or similar. System Knowledge: Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms. Mentorship Track Record: Proven ability to guide and grow less experienced engineers. Project Scaffolding: Experience building applications from scratch and setting up project templates. Communication: Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across distributed global teams. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with GraphQL . Previous experience leading frontend initiatives in SaaS or product-led companies . A keen interest in performance optimization and system scalability.
