Administrative Assistant – Intermediate (Onsite) We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves supporting managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing various administrative activities. Responsibilities Provide administrative support across teams and departments Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prepare, format, and edit business documents and correspondence Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Coordinate records and document management activities Assist with digital signing processes and workflow tracking Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) Experience using MS Office 2010 or higher (minimum 2 years) Experience with Action Request Tracking Systems (minimum 2 years) Experience with SharePoint for records/document management (minimum 2 years) Experience with digital signing platforms such as ConsignO or Adobe Sign (minimum 2 years) Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Preferred Background Experience in large organizational environments of equivalent size and complexity (minimum 2 years) Experience working within a legal office environment (minimum 2 years) Knowledge of real estate processes (minimum 2 years)
