Position: Digital Advertising Consultant Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Relocation Package: Included About the Role As a Digital Advertising Consultant , you will act as a trusted advisor for Dutch companies managing their online advertising campaigns. Your work will directly impact client growth while contributing to the wider EMEA sales organization. You will play a key role in shaping the Dutch digital marketing ecosystem. Your Responsibilities Design and execute tailored digital advertising strategies Provide performance-based optimization recommendations to maximize ROI Build long-term client relationships via phone, video, and email Achieve individual sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experience Support customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives Requirements Native-level Dutch and fluent English (spoken & written) BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 6–12 months experience in advertising, PPC, or outbound B2B sales Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills Passion for digital marketing, technology, and online advertising Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: €23,876 – €30,000 gross/year (experience-based) Sales bonus: Up to €3,400 – €3,500 gross/year Relocation package: Flight + 1 month accommodation + private health insurance support Permanent full-time contract (39h/week, Mon–Fri) Google Ads training & certifications Clear career progression opportunities International, social, and team-driven work environment
