Retail Operations Manager (Multi-Unit) — Beirut

A successful Lebanese SMB is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to take ownership of execution across a multi-line business. The business includes: Two retail stores A wholesale line of business An additional business line (4th line of operations) The context (why this role exists) The stores have been running beautifully and successfully — largely because ownership has been deeply involved in daily management and training. Now, with new projects coming online, ownership is ready to take a step back and build a more structured, tightened operating model. That means putting in place the missing pieces: clear policies, procedures, documented know-how, and a consistent way of running the business — across retail and wholesale. What you'll be doing Own and elevate day-to-day operations across the stores (and related business lines) Spot gaps quickly and fix issues on the spot Build / revamp policies, procedures, checklists, and workflows (simple, clear, usable) Improve sales performance through coaching, tracking, and follow-up Create consistency: standards, discipline, customer experience, and accountability Work closely with ownership to transfer know-how from in their heads into a scalable system Help tighten the retail + wholesale discourse so the business can grow without constant owner involvement What we're looking for Strong experience in retail operations / store management / multi-unit leadership Comfortable in a small-to-medium business environment (hands-on, practical, fast-moving) A true commercial mindset: you understand transactions, customer behaviour, and sales A salesperson at heart who can lead by example and raise performance Malleable and adaptable — you adjust fast, learn fast, and execute You enjoy being on the floor, meeting people, solving problems, and building structure week by week What's in it for you High ownership and real impact — youll shape how the business runs Variety: retail + wholesale + a growing operation (no boring routine) A chance to build something solid and scalable — and have a heck of a good time doing it To apply: Send your CV to mazen@dashrecruits.com, or apply directly through the advert.
