Job Title: Civil Sr. Planning Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction & Contracting (High-Rise Building Projects) Package: - Salary: AED 20K - Benefits: Visa, Ticket, Insurance (self) - Other benefits negotiable Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Sr. Planning Engineer to lead planning activities for their high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and delay analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 - Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reports - Conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT claims - Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery - Review and update project schedules to reflect changes and progress - Provide planning and scheduling support for project teams Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - 10-12 years of construction planning experience - Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory) - Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EOTs, and delay analysis - Experience on large-scale building/high-rise projects - Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint - UAE/GCC experience preferred Note: Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview.
