Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js is a plus). Solid backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot. Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). Proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Good communication skills. Exposure to EMR/EHR systems or the healthcare domain. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Kubernetes. Familiarity with performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud environments. Experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend. Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems. Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and high-performing applications. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, DevOps, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Maintain clear and concise technical documentation. Follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment. Work Schedule: 3 PM - 12 AM
