Digital Trust & Safety Specialist Location: Riga, Latvia (On-site) Work Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts Work Model: On-site Contract: Full-time About the Role We are hiring Hebrew-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialists to provide online support for sensitive and case-based content. The role focuses on maintaining platform safety and compliance while following strict guidelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate online content related to trust & safety cases Handle sensitive and complex case-based scenarios with accuracy Apply internal policies, guidelines, and quality standards consistently Escalate critical issues according to defined procedures Ensure compliance with legal and platform-specific regulations Maintain high accuracy and productivity levels in a 24/7 environment Requirements Hebrew: C2 level (mandatory) English: B2 level (mandatory) Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content Ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts Availability to work on-site in Riga Previous Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Support experience is an advantage Salary & Bonuses Monthly salary: €2,000 gross Welcome Bonus: €2,500 gross €1,250 paid in the 3rd month €1,250 paid in the 6th month Relocation & Support Package Accommodation provided for 1 month Flight reimbursement paid with the first salary On-site training with a 6-month probation period Why Join?
