Residential Conveyancer Location: Nelson, Lancashire (Hybrid Working Available / Remote) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Company Bonus About the Role We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing law firm in East Lancashire that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and offers a more balanced and fulfilling role for an experienced fee earner who values quality of work, autonomy, and client care. The firm places strong emphasis on sustainable workloads, supportive team structures, and long-term career development rather than purely volume-driven billing.
