Crewing Officer (Pasir Panjang, up to $5500)

Location: Pasir Panjang (Have shuttle service from MRT to office building) Salary: up to $5600 5 days work week, 8.30am to 5pm and 830am to 4pm Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies without any working experience will be considered Responsibilities Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties. Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc. Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents). Assist on all crew issues. Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties. Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department.
