Join a leading consumer electronics company and deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers. Provide support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Location: Remote – Based in Greece Languages: Spanish (Native) & English (B2+) Start Date: 24/04/2026 Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00, 2 days off Contract Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Assist with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims. Provide clear and accurate product and service information. Resolve complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary. Participate in training and feedback sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
