Project Manager – Commercial Construction Location: Bluffton, South Carolina Work Model: Fully Onsite (Required) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 base (commensurate with experience) Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility Schedule: Monday–Friday (project-based hours as required) The Opportunity HireNow Staffing is partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor to identify a seasoned Project Manager for a significant ground-up commercial construction project in Bluffton, SC, with construction slated to begin in mid-2026. This role is best suited for a Project Manager who is deeply experienced in end-to-end project execution , comfortable owning outcomes in the field, and motivated by delivering complex projects with precision, accountability, and consistency. The successful candidate will be a steady leader who thrives in onsite environments and works seamlessly with Superintendents, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of a large-scale commercial construction project—from early planning through closeout. This role requires direct ownership of budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordination, as well as hands-on leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fully onsite role in Bluffton, SC and requires consistent presence at the job site.
