Spanish-Speaking Digital Account Manager – Athens, Greece Introduction We are partnering with a global leader in digital sales and marketing solutions to recruit a Spanish-speaking Digital Account Manager. Based in the sun-drenched city of Athens, you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, helping them maximize their digital advertising performance. Responsibilities Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within the digital advertising ecosystem. Develop tailored account strategies aligned with client business goals and market trends. Act as a consultant to help businesses optimize their online presence and maximize campaign ROI. Identify cross-sell and optimization opportunities to boost performance and increase revenue. Present customized advertising strategies and digital recommendations to stakeholders. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships through proactive support and professional communication. Handle client inquiries and resolve daily challenges affecting campaign delivery or quality. Maintain accurate client pipelines, reports, and sales forecasts. Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates. Requirements Native or C2-level proficiency in Spanish and a strong command of English (B2–C1 level). At least 2 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or B2B telesales. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365). Proven ability to manage client portfolios and achieve revenue growth targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a goal-driven environment. Must be eligible to work in Greece.
