Head Physician – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Department (PEA) France | Full-Time | Executive Status A leading non-profit healthcare institution specializing in mental health is seeking a Head Physician for its Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department (PEA) . This is a strategic leadership position combining clinical expertise, medical coordination, team management, and institutional involvement within a well-established and multidisciplinary mental health department. Your Mission Reporting directly to the Territory Director, you will oversee: The overall medical organization and operations of the department Development and implementation of the medical strategy Coordination of care pathways across ambulatory and inpatient services Supervision and distribution of medical and paramedical missions Active participation in institutional governance and medical committees You will combine: Clinical activity (consultations, supervision, coordination) Team leadership (child psychiatrists, physicians, interns) Quality & patient safety initiatives Research, training, and innovative care projects The department includes: Ambulatory units (CMP, adolescent units, mobile crisis teams, early intervention units) Inpatient full-time units (16 beds + day places) Day hospitals for children and adolescents You will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, educators, teachers, speech therapists, psychomotor therapists, and other specialists, all centered around child- and family-focused care.
