Business Travel Advisor Location: Porto, On-site Start Date: 12 March 2026 Contract Duration: 6 months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 | Days off: Saturday & Sunday About the Role Join a cutting-edge all-in-one business travel management platform that makes corporate travel seamless. Our client enables employees to book trains, flights, hotels, and car rentals while providing managers with tools for group bookings, subscriptions, and expense tracking—all within a single, easy-to-use app. As a Business Travel Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience—all while upholding corporate policies and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements. Provide accurate and timely information about travel services, destinations, and company policies. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary. Maintain and update CRM records for accurate customer tracking. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to continuously improve service delivery. Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to platform and process enhancements. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in the travel industry. High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) required. Fluent English (C1) and French (C2) for verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
