German-speaking Customer Advisor

About the position For our international location in Greece, we are looking for German-speaking customer advisors (m/f/d) who would like to become part of a dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will look after customers of a leading global company and actively contribute to a positive customer experience. Your tasks Handling incoming customer inquiries by phone, email and/or chat Competent advice and support for product and service enquiries Resolution of technical or administrative issues Documentation of customer contacts in the system Ensuring high customer satisfaction Compliance with internal quality and service standards Your profile Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2) Good knowledge of English (B1-B2) Strong communication skills and service orientation Problem-solving skills and structured way of working Basic computer skills Ability to work in a team and intercultural openness Initial experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory We offer Attractive salary package including performance bonus Comprehensive, paid induction International working environment Career and development opportunities Relocation support (depending on location) Modern office space or remote work option (depending on the project) Additional benefits and employee benefits Why Greece?
