Your Mission: Build a 30-Day Content Engine This is not a “post when you feel like it” role. You will run a fixed production process, supported by AI workflows, to produce 30 days of content in advance, every month. We provide: Content calendar + topics Fixed SOP/system AI workflow to create short-form content at scale Canva templates You bring : execution, quality control, and consistency. How the Monthly System Works (Example) Feb 1 : Create 30 posts using our AI workflow + topic list Quality check: grammar, readability, platform fit (X/FB/IG) Submit for review (owner/founder) Schedule everything via Hypefury (or similar) for 30 days Create matching Canva graphics for each post Log all posts in a central sheet End of month: track performance metrics in the same sheet Success KPIs Consistency Engine: content planned + scheduled 30 days ahead — no exceptions Brand Authority: stronger positioning + higher-signal content across all channels Performance Tracking: clean monthly reporting + insights Operational Excellence: smooth handoff, minimal errors, zero last-minute chaos Key Responsibilities AI Content Production: produce + adapt posts for X/FB/IG Quality Control: improve clarity, grammar, and readability Scheduling: schedule full month via automation tool Canva Graphics: create a matching graphic per post (template-based) Logging + Reporting: maintain central datasheet + monthly metrics Optional: shorts, IG case studies/slides, profile improvements The Profile: An Execution-First Operator Process-driven (SOPs, checklists, production rhythms) Extreme ownership (you ship without reminders) Fast + accurate (high volume without sloppy output) Creative + structured Strong English required (Dutch is a plus) What’s in it for You?
