Fabric Store Incharge

We are looking for a smart, experienced, and detail-oriented Fabric Store In-charge to join our client's growing manufacturing team in Lahore. If you have strong hands-on experience in knitted fabric, yarn handling, and store operations, and you are confident in MS Excel and inventory control, this role is for you. Position: Fabric Store In-charge Industry: Knitted Apparel Manufacturing Experience: 5–7 Years 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫 Receiving & verifying yarn, greige, dyed, and finished fabric Managing fabric storage, labeling, and racking systems Issuing fabric to Cutting & Production with full traceability Verifying GSM, shrinkage, shade & lot details before issuance Controlling leftovers, balance rolls, and cutting returns Maintaining accurate stock in MS Excel Conducting daily & monthly stock audits and reconciliations Preparing consumption, shortage & variance reports Coordinating with Sourcing, Dyeing, Cutting, Production & QA teams 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 5–8 years of experience in Knits Apparel Fabric / Yarn Store Strong knowledge of fabric types, GSM, shrinkage & shade control Excellent MS Excel skills (stock, reconciliation & reporting) Experience with dyed, finished & cutting fabric handling Strong documentation & inventory control Smart, disciplined & able to work under production pressure ERP knowledge is a plus
